RETURNS & REFUNDS

All STRÄTA artworks are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

As each piece is handmade, slight variations, marks and imperfections are part of the work and are not considered faults.

If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@stratastudio.au as soon as possible after delivery, including your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Please do not return an artwork without contacting us first.
