Shipping policy

STRÄTA ships artworks across Australia.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the artwork.

Orders are carefully packed and prepared for shipping from the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. Tracking details will be provided once your order is on its way.

International shipping is available on request. As shipping costs vary depending on the artwork and destination, please contact hello@stratastudio.au for a quote before purchasing.

STRÄTA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been dispatched.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the artwork and packaging.
